Q1. Can anyone join InterServe?

A. Yes. Anyone that has a website, newsletter or home page can join InterServe.

Q2. Can I display InterServe ads on free hosted sites?

A. Yes.

Q3. Are there any restrictions on web sites that can join the InterServe Advertising Network?

A. We do not support any website engaged in or promoting any password trading, warez, hacking, file sharing, auto-surf, pay-to-surf, paid to read, paid to click or any sites engaged in any activity deemed to be illegal, and therefore will not pay for any ad or window diaplsys received from those sites. If you are unsure if your website qualifies, then please contact our support department for confirmation.

Q5. How do I display InterServe ads on my website?

Login to your publisher account and select Campaign >> Create new from the navigation menu. Enter a name for your campaign and select a category that best describes the content of that web page where you will place the ad campaign.

Enter the url of where the ads will be displayed and select the average amount of visitors your web page gets each month, together with a breif description of its content.

Q6. What size are the InterServe ads?

A. Publishers can choose which size ad content units to diaplay on thier site pages. We offer a number of ad content sizes.

Q7. Can I display other ads to surfers on my pages in addition to InterServe?

A. Yes.

Q8. Can I use my InterServe code on more than one web page or site?

A. Yes you may use your InterServe display code on as many pages as you like, However, if you are placing code on a different topic, category or domain named web site, then you will be required to set up a new campaign in your account for that specific site.

Q9. How is a visitor counted to my statistics by InterServe?

A. A unique advertising click is counted and added to your account statistics, then recorded by our ad serving software. Any advertising clicks to the same ad by the same surfer on the same as within a 24 hour period, are not counted towards your statistics. You are paid per unique advertiser click.

Q10. How can I promote InterServe?

A. All advertising displays must come directly from a webpage containing sufficient quality content and information, relevant to the category that your website is subscribed to, and the ads must only be served as a result of the user visiting a web site or web page. We DO NOT allow newsgroup, email, chatroom, instant messaging spamming, circle jerking, hidden software window spawning or any activity which can be considered as intrusive or spam.

Q11. Are there any circumstances where my payout rate rate will be changed?

A. Yes. Advertisers sometimes find it neccessary to lower the amount that they pay out for each click on any of thier ads to ensure that they can afford to continue thier advertising programs. Additionally, advertisers also increase the payout per click to make it more attractive and reward affiliates for the success of the advertising program. Advertisers have the ability to change the click payout rate for thier campaign at any time. To see the current rates each advertiser pays, login to your account and see the payout rates for the campaigns you are serving.

Q12. What category do I place my campaign in?

A. You must select the category that best describes the content of your website. If you feel that a new category is required to define the content of your web site, please send email to our support department. If you place a campaign in the wrong category, you will not receive commission for any advertising displays, and your campaign will be locked by the administrator.

Q13. Does InterServe log all traffic?

A. Our complex security systems log all incoming traffic requests. This detailed information is used to ensure the integrity of the InterServe network, and assist our security department pinpoint fraudulent account activity.

Q14. How often do I get paid?

A. We pay monthly for all accounts that accumulate over $50.00, £50 or €50. Simply login to your account and request your payment between the 1st and 10th day of each month.

Q15. How do I request my payment?

A. All publishers must login to their account and request account payments before the 10th day of each month. Payments are processed on the 28th day of each month, or the next working day. All payments are made in US Dollars, UK Sterling or Euros, depending on your account's currency settings.

Q16. How do InterServe pay affiliates?

A. InterServe pays publishers by check, E-gold or Paypal or Wire Transfer payment. Please note that Wire Transfer payments are subject to a $25 bank processing fee.

Q17. What if my publisher account doesn't accumilate $50.00, £50 or €50 in a one month period?

A. The commission you accumulate carries over to the following pay period.

Q18. Does InterServe pay for advertising clicks in all languages and countries?

A. Interserve.net currently pays for all clicks received frm the following countries.
