Pseudo Pop-up Ad Rates

Advertising rates are listed below and priced in cost per thousand units and calculated on the total account spend with the "per ad rate" decreasing, when certain spend thresholds are reached. In addition to the display rate, advertisers also pay a set price of $0.10 on every click on their advertisment in a hibryd CPM & CPC model.
